If you’re like me and you live in the Michigan area, it gets really cold up here during the winter months. You can imagine my excitement when I get to work with small business owners and show case their talents when I’m not shooting weddings!

One of the must haves in your business is making time for a personal branding session. It will show your clients your personality, style, and will help you attract your ideal customer. Showing your face especially on social media creates a connection between you and your clients. When Mariah reached out to me to schedule her personal branding session, we had so much fun planning content for her photos. Mariah is an educator and licensed cosmetologist with Uptown Alure Salon in Fowlerville. She is also certified in Lash Extensions and loves helping her clients feel gorgeous!

We had a blast shooting her branding session! Mariah is stylish and down to earth, and she made it so easy to take photos of her! Did I mention all of her pretty styling tools? She loves the color rose gold! We made sure to incorporate pink and rose gold in her outfits and her images. She even used her favorite coffee cup as one of her props to show off her love of working on her client’s gorgeous lashes. Mariah was able to show off her personal and professional style with all of the cute outfits she chose. We included several different spots around the studio to give her lots of variety in her photos.
