Engagement Session on Holland Beach

Autumn and Marco’s Holland Beach Engagement Session was dreamy, and the weather was gorgeous! 

When Marco and Autumn grew up, they went to the same school but rarely spoke to each other until high school. During their freshman year, they briefly chatted during track practice and meets. For a guy/girl dance their sophomore year, Autumn was in need of a partner, so she asked Marco to join her, and he agreed. One dance to a Grease song, and the rest is history! 

They have never had their photos professionally taken during the six years of dating. So, Autumn thought it was a good idea to have one of her friends take pictures of them before Christmas. Little did she know that she was arranging her proposal! It was such a thoughtful gesture by Marco when planning this big secret! After the proposal, Autumn asked who they should call about their good news. Marco said, “Everyone knows already! You were the only one who didn’t know this was happening.” Just the sweetest! 

Holland, Michigan, was the perfect location for their engagement photos. Autumn desired beach pictures, with a hint of fall weather. My job was easy because these two were so much fun to photograph! They seem so happy and cuddly together, which shows how much they love each other. 

Once we got down to the beach, the sun was setting. Our objective for their Holland Beach engagement session was to create a romantic, dreamy vibe, and I think we met that goal! There’s no better feeling than strolling along the beach hand in hand with your loved one. To end this perfect session during golden hour, we had them pop some champagne for a toast.
