Grand Rapids Wedding Editorial | Winter Wedding Inspiration

Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer

One of the most important decisions in wedding planning is who you hire as your vendors. An excellent wedding vendor team can make or break your big day. I teamed up with some of the best around the Grand Rapids area and just wait to see the magic we were able to create for this Grand Rapids wedding editorial!

Winter weddings are rare here in Michigan, but they can be absolutely stunning, and you can potentially get an off-season deal with your venue! The Broadway Avenue Grand Rapids is a relatively new wedding venue with historic charm. This Grand Rapids, Michigan, wedding venue is a 120-year-old church renovated into this gorgeous space. The classic and simple aesthetic lets you bring your wedding vision to life as it’s a clean and bright venue. There is so much character on not only the inside of the building but the outside as well. If you’re searching for a wedding venue in Grand Rapids, check out The Broadway Avenue by clicking here!

In the Details Weddings was the planner and designer of this wedding editorial, and they did a great job putting together winter wedding inspiration. Everything from the tablescape to the invitations was carefully thought out. To take the stress away from you on your wedding day, I recommend hiring a wedding planner! Take a peek at this Grand Rapids wedding planner’s services here!

Rather than using a neutral white tablecloth, this tablescape used a green velvet linen. Renting linens to use throughout your reception space can transform the space. The linens for this editorial were rented from I Do Linens, one of several companies that rent them. You can also get dinnerware rentals for drinking glasses and silverware. The glasses from Gigi and LaClede had a top gold rim, along with gold flatware used to complement the glasses. Gigi and LaClede are a local rental company in Michigan, and you can see all of their collections here.

Another wedding vendor that went above and beyond was this Northern Michigan florist, The Days Design! Adding greenery to the ceremony space along the fireplace and a gold mirror gave that area a pop of color. An elaborate floral piece added a great deal of elegance to the tablescape.

You will find a lot of inspiration in these photos if you are considering a winter wedding! Take a moment to relax and look at the incredible wedding vendors featured in this Grand Rapids wedding editorial.
