On a warm summer day, Maci and Ryan had a romantic Eagle Eye Golf Course Wedding.

These two met while in high school but never pursued a relationship until after they graduated. Both Ryan and Maci have sweet personalities, and their love for one another shined through all of their wedding portraits.

Before Maci’s Nana passed away, she gave her two unique treasures to save for her wedding day. One was a penny from her birth year, and she was to put it in her shoe for good luck on her wedding day. The other was a hanky that she had crocheted. Memorable items like these two items always make my heart full.

The facility offers two ceremony options. Maci and Ryan had their wedding ceremony inside Hawk Hollow Chapel. This adorable chapel sits on the property of the Eagle Eye Golf Course. The lighting inside the sanctuary is impressive, giving your ceremony photos that bright and airy look. Additionally, the chapel features a high ceiling and exposed beams. The outdoor option is the Eagle Eye Wedding Garden, which boasts a brilliant lawn and garden and a pergola.

After getting these two married, we headed to do wedding portraits on the golf course. The course’s greens and the light blue skies gave a brilliant backdrop for their photos. The golf course allowed us many places to capture their pictures.

Wedding receptions at Eagle Eye Golf Course are some of my favorites! This Lansing, Michigan country club wedding venue hosts elegant weddings. The light pours into this reception space, creating a dreamlike feeling. This space gives you a blank slate, allowing you to decorate it to your wedding vibe.

The champagne wall at the reception offered guests a fun, unusual way to grab a glass of bubbly. I’m seeing the champagne wall trend more often, and I love it! For every wedding I’m a part of, I always savor a few favorite moments. My favorite moment of Ryan and Maci’s wedding was their first dance. It was so sweet and emotional, and as they danced, happy tears fell from Maci’s eyes.
