Port 393 Wedding in Summer
A joyous summer day brought us together for Nick and Brittany’s Port 393 Wedding!
Port 393 is the dreamiest lakeside wedding venue in Holland, Michigan! This space is luxurious and can be flexible with you on your wedding day. A beautiful rooftop can be used for the ceremony space in the spring, summer, and fall months. When the weather turns cold, ceremonies are moved indoors. Several areas within walking distance of Port 393 offer incredible photo opportunities. The marina was definitely one of my favorite spots for photos!
They met back in middle school and have been together ever since. There is no doubt that they are destined to be together. Their love for each other was so apparent on their wedding day that it made the day very special. Their family and friends surrounded them with joy on this beautiful day!
To say that I was obsessed with Brittany’s wedding dresses is an understatement! Her first dress was a floral lace, plunging V-neck gown with a keyhole back, which she wore for the ceremony and formal pictures. The second dress was a floral lace dress with spaghetti straps and a halter neckline. She added a sparkly belt to the dress to add a bit of flair. It was so fun that during the reception she changed into another dress! Her hair was braided in the cutest way with little blue flower bobby pins, which were used as her something blue.
A Summer Lakeside Wedding in Michigan
Brittany and her sister are very close and have a good relationship. Her sister is a hair stylist, so she did Brittany’s wedding day hair. You could feel their closeness between the two of them while they were doing her hair. This special moment honestly made me tear up a couple of times. Being a mom of three girls, I just love that these two are so close!
As the day officially got into the swing of things, we got Nick ready for the first look with his soon-to-be wife. The excitement of seeing her made him nervous! He got so emotional when he turned around to see her standing there. It was such an intimate moment between them. After they saw each other, Nick’s nerves immediately faded away.
They had a beautiful ceremony on the rooftop, and seeing them become a married couple was wonderful! The party then got moved into the reception space downstairs of Port 393. This was the perfect space for their guests to enjoy the evening and celebrate the marriage of these two amazing people.
As we walked down to the marina close to this Holland wedding venue, there was a glowy sunset that made dreams come true! Honestly, it didn’t even feel like we were in Michigan! I was beyond obsessed with how all these Port 393 wedding photos turned out!
