Zach and Amanda’s June wedding was enchanting, with the day spreading across the charming Hawk Hollow Chapel and the elegant Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center. It was an event filled with meaningful moments and stunning details that made every moment magical.
The day began with anticipation at Hawk Hollow Chapel, where Amanda and her bridesmaids prepared in the tucked-away bridal suite. The ladies looked radiant in their matching ice-blue dresses—a perfect complement to the wedding’s soft, romantic color palette of ice blue, pink, and gold. Meanwhile, Zach helped his grandparents with their flowers, pinning his grandfather’s boutonnière and placing his grandmother’s corsage—a thoughtful start to a day focused on family and love.
Before the ceremony, Amanda and Zach opted for a first look on the banquet center’s porch. When they saw each other for the first time, their smiles said it all as they took in how great they both looked, ready for their big day. It was a lovely private time that allowed them to share those first flutters of excitement before the ceremony.
Hawk Hollow Chapel hosted the wedding ceremony, offering an inviting venue with classic, intimate charm. In a symbolic gesture of joining their families, Amanda and Zach included a candle lighting involving their mothers. After being pronounced husband and wife, they exited through a crowd of guests blowing bubbles, a joyful send-off into married life.
After the ceremony, we made our way to the reception at Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center. The reception space was stunning, with Amanda and Zach’s detailed planning shining through. Round tables with elegant white linens and gold chairs filled the room, decorated with vibrant florals in shades of magenta, light pink, and coral. Each table had beautiful taper candles that created a romantic glow. As a photographer, these florals were a dream—every detail photo came alive with color and elegance. I love it when couples add extra florals just for detail shots; it’s such a slight touch that truly elevates the photos!
One of the most touching parts of the reception décor was an “In Loving Memory” table dedicated to those family members no longer with us. Decorated with florals, tea lights, and small rocking chairs holding each name, it was a heartfelt tribute that reminded everyone of the importance of family and the bonds that transcend time.
Amanda and Zach started the reception with their couple’s dance as soon as they entered the room, followed by a sweet cake-cutting and a special dance with their parents. Amanda’s mother also led everyone in prayer, followed by a touching toast from her father.
As the sun began to set, we stepped outside to the beautiful grounds of Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center. The lake provided the perfect backdrop for some golden hour photos, capturing Amanda and Zach wrapped in each other’s arms. I love capturing these quiet moments—the fresh experience of being husband and wife, just the two of them, in a beautiful setting.
Back inside, the reception continued with an unforgettable party. The dance floor was a standout, decorated with florals that hung from the ceiling, adding a vibrant pop of color. A deconstructed floral arch filled with lush greenery and blooms framed Amanda and Zach’s wedding party table, creating a stunning backdrop that made every photo of them at the table breathtaking. They chose a small wedding cake with various delicious sweet treats for guests.
Capturing Amanda and Zach’s love story at Hawk Hollow Chapel and Eagle Eye Golf & Banquet Center was such an honor. Every detail, from the sincere tributes during toasts and the special dances, reflected the love surrounding them. Congratulations, Amanda and Zach—your wedding was a true celebration of love and joy, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it!
